Return and Exchange Policy
All products can be returned within 24 hours of receiving the order. To maintain the quality and storage condition of the product, returns are not accepted after 24 hours, unless there is a clear issue with the product.
If there is a manufacturing defect, the product may be returned after reporting the issue.
All products can be exchanged within 48 hours of receiving the order if there is a problem with the product.
Cases in Which Returns Are Not Accepted:
- If a return or exchange request is submitted after the allowed period (24 hours for return, 48 hours for exchange).
- If the product has been used, damaged, is not in its original condition, or if the security seal has been removed.
- If the product has been consumed, installed, or used.
- If the product has been tampered with or its serial numbers have been removed.
- If the product is returned without original price tags, labels, original packaging, or is missing any of its accessories.
- If the product has been used or opened from its original carton/packaging, it cannot be returned.
